Formed in 2019 from the merger of the University's Shotokan and Shukokai clubs, EUKC is the new home for karate at the University of Edinburgh.

Amongst our regular socials and occasional adventures away from Edinburgh, we offer a packed programme of 10 classes a week. This includes professional tuition in traditional Shotokan and Shukokai styles of karate, grappling & self-defence, kobudo, sport karate and fitness classes.

We compete at BUCS and SSS events - where everybody from Novice to Senior grade can represent their University.
